As a tenant, once you are registered in our system you never have to visit our office again.
You have the choice of making rent payments via the internet or over the phone. These methods prove to be the most popular as they are so time effective.

We provide a comprehensive move-in pack giving you a clear guide to who you should contact with any enquiries as well as any forms that you may need throughout your tenancy.

Prior to moving in, we will do a condition report with you which becomes our reference when you move out, giving you peace of mind regarding the maintenance of the property. A maintenance sheet is included in your move in pack which can be easily faxed or alternatively you can email us with any problems that may occur.
